1. Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in any Apex Institute program or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment processing. You will receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details and course dashboard access.

2. Program Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive immediate access to your Course Dashboard. All course content — including video modules, quizzes, and exam access — is delivered through our online learning platform. Course access is granted for the duration specified in your program details.

3. Certification & Exams

  • You must complete all video modules and pass all module quizzes before the final certification exam is unlocked.
  • The exam consists of multiple-choice questions. The number of questions and passing score vary by program and are confirmed by Apex Institute before the LMS is built.
  • A passing grade (e.g., 70% or higher — confirmed per program) is required to earn the certificate.
  • Upon passing, your digital certificate PDF is generated automatically and emailed immediately. It is also available for download from your student dashboard at any time.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in Apex Institute's Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a charge, contact trainatapex@gmail.com or call +1 (240) 429-2729.

Your transaction will appear on your bank or card statement as “Apex INSTITUTE” or similar.

5. Certification Renewal

Healthcare certifications issued through Apex Institute have expiration dates as determined by Maryland DHMH requirements. It is your responsibility to renew your certification before it expires. Apex Institute will send renewal reminders at 60 days and 30 days before expiry as a courtesy.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Course content (videos, scripts, quizzes, exam question banks) is the intellectual property of Apex Institute and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed.
  • The exam environment should prevent tab-switching, copy-paste, and browser navigation where technically feasible.
  • Any attempt to cheat, share exam content, or misrepresent your identity may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

7. Accreditation

All Apex Institute certification programs are approved by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH). Certifications are recognized by healthcare employers across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
